Hiring the best talent

Talent acquisition is a big thing in every company. The management spends a lot of resources to get the best in their fields. 

There are two categories of people I would want us to consider. One, a person who has experience and the necessary skills but does not listen. He has ego. 

The other, an almost introvert, has little or no experience but a very good listener. 

Who is the most appropriate in the long run?
